The wheel dolly appeared to be damaged previously and attempted to be repaired. The difference in the paint's colour and texture makes this evident. The exposed portion is corroded along with other areas that were damaged. Did not add the photos of the other areas, only the worst spot.I know nicks and scratches may occur during use, but I would prefer the honour of being the first to do so.
