used this to install over 100 locks, cheap but effective and does the job really well. Easy to use. With a high speed drill you have nothing to worry about. Though you need to figure out the guage settings on your own for the locks, once set you are good to go, just make sure you check your guage while you mortise especially if you need to install many locks, and tighten guage the nuts really well to avoid losing alignment.
